I went for a consultation about removing cartilage from the tip of the nose with septal cartilage, and the consultation was extremely short. The director was firm about saying no right away to things that could not be done and did not recommend unnecessary surgery, but the consultation was so careless that my expectations dropped too low, and I did not get surgery here.
