4 years ago, I had bulbous nose correction and nasal tip surgery! My nasal alae were originally big and my nose was large overall, so I wanted my nose to become smaller, but at the time I was too scared to put in silicone, so I went around for consultations for implant-free surgery. Other places recommended silicone and said there wouldn't be much effect otherwise, so I was wondering what to do. But the director here said that if I didn't want silicone, I didn't have to do it. The price was okay too, and I liked the consultation, so I had surgery here. In the middle, I woke up from sleep anesthesia and talked nonsense.
