I had functional nasal surgery for a deviated septum and nasal valve stenosis, along with nostril reduction, septal extension, and nasal bridge osteotomy. Since it has only been 20 days, I don't yet feel that breathing has become much easier thanks to the functional nasal surgery. Aesthetically, maybe because I didn't have the nasal bridge augmented and only had the nasal tip done, it looks very unnatural, and I also don't really feel that the nasal tip has become thinner. Also, maybe because I had nostril reduction done at the same time, my nose feels quite pinched, so I'm feeling very depressed.. The hospital said they provide free aftercare/revision for up to 2 years, but I wonder whether removing the cartilage grafted into the nasal tip is also included in that aftercare.. It's a really frustrating situation.
