The doctor did not over-recommend things, and simply looked at my nose and pointed out only what was necessary, which I liked. After looking at my nose, he said I might not even need a nose surgery and talked about an easier direction that could improve my impression. At the time I really wanted nose surgery, so I thought, maybe...? I was a bit unsure, but thinking back now, I feel he was a very wise doctor. I only had a consultation, but I also felt that his aesthetic sense must be excellent... Well, he is a plastic surgeon after all!
