The desk staff and the director are kind. I went after seeing reviews saying they push other things on you.. and as expected, it did feel like they were pushing. Also, all the consultations with every consultant and director generally felt vague? They said they weren’t sure whether it could be done without implants, and I also found it questionable that they would decide during surgery whether or not to use donated costal cartilage.
