UBA Review

At first the director was so kind that I thought being rude was what meant being skilled (a prejudice), so I didn’t like it much. But among the 8 places I consulted, he felt the most human. When he talked about research results from papers, his eyes would sparkle, and he felt like a quirky lab scientist. He explained things like, “This is why this incision is good here” and “This is why I recommend this implant,” so people like me who have decision paralysis would probably benefit from a consultation. He checked the dermis position with ultrasound and explained everything very carefully. He was the first person to point out a sagging shape as a key point. From the before-and-after photos, it seems he prefers a naturally sagging shape rather than an overly plump one. He also did a simulation by putting it inside a bra to decide what size chest to make. It felt like the director does everything alone, or at least relies very little on the manager. The manager only explained the price and aftercare. He calculated how many cc to put on each side using a virtual simulation system. There was also an anesthesiologist, and the hospital itself had good collaboration. I liked that they kept taking care of patients after surgery too. It wasn’t an empty clinic, and it was good that there were quite a lot of people. Everyone was kind, and it felt more like a general hospital than a plastic surgery clinic.
