I had it done in 2020. First surgery for my nose and fat grafting. After the consultation, I booked right away. Osteotomy + silicone + donated costal cartilage. It turned out well, and I heard a lot that my nose looked pretty. People around me often asked if it was a surgically done nose, so when I told them I had surgery, after hearing about it, as many as 3 people ended up getting nose surgery.
