If surgery is done using rib cartilage, it will naturally narrow, so alar reduction is not needed.

After thread removal, if my nasal bridge is on the higher side, they will not put in silicone, and even if they do, they will use silicone as thin as possible so the midface does not look long. Since it is my first surgery and because of scarring, they recommended donated rib cartilage. Because my nose is small and there are skin limits, the height and lowering the nostrils cannot be done at the same time, so it would be lower than Shin Se-kyung’s.
