I saw reviews saying the staff were unfriendly, but the front desk staff and the consultant were all kind. The hospital was overall a bit dark, so I was surprised.. The doctor seemed like someone who wants patients to seriously and independently make their own decisions. He doesn’t first explain things like, “This would make it better.” He didn’t pressure me to have surgery no matter what, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit, so it was okay
