I saw reviews saying the staff were rude, but the front desk staff and the consultant were all kind. The hospital is a bit dark overall, so I was a little surprised.. The doctor seems like the kind of person who wants the patient to make a serious, independent decision. He didn't first explain what would improve things like, "Do this and you'll get better." He didn't pressure me to have surgery no matter what, and there was no pressure about the reservation deposit either, so that was good.
