I went for a consultation before, and there was one director who only did noses. I don’t think they were particularly kind, but when I asked questions, they firmly told me what couldn’t be done. For materials, they seemed to mainly use Gore-Tex, and the hospital facilities were smaller than I expected, so I remember passing on it.
