Hello. I’m one month post-rhinoplasty. It was my first surgery, and even right after surgery I was anxious because of the swelling, so I spent all day searching. I had a very slight hump, and I decided to have surgery because my nasal tip was drooping.
Things that were uncomfortable right after surgery-
Swelling of the philtrum, bruising inside the philtrum, tooth pain, the philtrum looking long, lifted nasal tip, unpleasant smell during disinfection inside the nose
Currently-
Swelling - the swelling of the philtrum has almost gone down
Bruising - very faintly remains around the glabella
Tooth pain - none
Philtrum looking long - as the swelling went down, the feeling that it looked long disappeared
Lifted nasal tip - compared with right after the splint was removed, it has come down a lot as the swelling went down
Unpleasant smell - none
-No implant, so septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used
