Over 10 years ago, for my first double-eyelid surgery, I had buried sutures and epicanthoplasty, and it turned out really clean and natural with no scars at all. I think I also had non-incisional ptosis correction, but since the doctor personally pursues natural beauty very strongly, the fixation was not strong and it looked natural, but it came undone after 2 years… Maybe that's just because my eyes are an extreme case If you want natural buried-suture double eyelids, I highly recommend them. The epicanthoplasty left absolutely no scar either.
