More than 10 years ago, I had my first double-eyelid surgery with buried sutures and front canthoplasty, and it turned out really neat and natural with no scar at all. I think I also had a non-incisional ptosis correction, but the doctor himself strongly preferred a natural look, so the fixation was not too strong and the result was natural, but it came undone after only two years... That may just be because my eyes are extremely difficult T_T If you want a natural buried-suture result, I strongly recommend it. There is not even 1 bit of scar from the front canthoplasty.
