At the consultation, they first told me what needed improvement and how they would improve it, so I don't think the consultation was that long. It felt like they answered my questions first.. I also liked that they could explain the functional nose surgery options because I have a deviated septum! They said they do blood tests before surgery and that on the day of surgery they work while looking at the kind of reference photos you want to bring, and that gave me confidence because it felt like the director takes pride in the work and really tries to communicate well with patients. The coordinator was also very pretty
