During the consultation, they explained the parts that needed improvement and how they would improve them first, so the consultation itself didn’t feel very long. It was like they answered the questions I had in advance.. I also liked that they could explain the functional-nose part because I have a deviated septum! They said they do a blood test before surgery, and on the day of surgery you bring photos of the style you want and they look at them while operating. That gave me confidence because it made me feel the director is proud of their work and really tries to communicate well with the patient. The consultation manager was also very pretty
