It was hard to make a reservation, and when I read the reviews here, they said they drew a picture for them, but I didn’t get anything like that. When I tried to show what I had brought, they said they wouldn’t look at it, and I was refused surgery... I didn’t hear the surgery cost and couldn’t have a consultation with the consultant. I think I understand what people mean when they say they didn’t hear anything nice and that they were unfriendly. When I asked in detail, they seemed to dislike it. They were honest, but compared with how long I waited to go, it felt disappointing.
