There were a lot of people, so the wait time was fairly long. I think the director explained things to me for quite a long time while showing photos. Also, as soon as I arrived, he asked if I had a habit of rubbing my eyes, and since I do rub them somewhat, I was surprised. He was somewhat older, and while other places told me to do the non-incision method, this place recommended the incision method.
