I went for a revision surgery consultation because of lagophthalmos + sunken scars, and they recommended incisional double-eyelid revision surgery. Since they mainly do eye revision surgery, they seemed experienced, but they set options with/without ptosis correction and let the patient choose. Regardless of the patient’s condition, the surgical style seemed rather one-size-fits-all, and I strongly felt that the doctor and consultant were only looking at things formally, so I decided to put it on hold.
