I had revision rhinoplasty a few months ago. It was my third surgery, so I used autologous costal cartilage and because I had contracture, I asked them to bring the tip down as much as possible and make it natural. The director and the hospital's style seem to favor natural results, but they also like to make the tip look glamorous. The nose shape is really pretty, but I do think the tip is slightly high They said they would do after-service if I want later. Still, the director checked everything carefully, and I was relieved that I could get a photo right after surgery before the splint was applied. The staff are really kind. It is also covered by actual medical insurance for functional rhinoplasty, so keep that in mind.
