I had nose revision surgery a few months ago. Since it was my third surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage, and because I had contracture, I asked them to lower the tip as much as possible and make it look natural. It seems that both the doctor and the hospital prefer a natural look, but with a more glamorous tip. The nose shape is really pretty, but the tip does seem a little high They said they would do after-service care later if I want it. Still, the doctor checked everything carefully, and I was reassured that I could get a photo right after surgery before the splint was put on. The staff are really kind. It is also covered by insurance as a functional nose surgery, so please keep that in mind.
