I went for a consultation for removal because he’s one of the top 3 for removal, but they said that if my nose is removed, there’s a high chance the columella will retract, and that the nasal tip would be very blunt, so they did not recommend removal.. Overall, the consultation was good, and they didn’t recommend unnecessary things, only telling me the parts that needed improvement
