I went for a consultation with removal as the goal because it is one of the top three removal places, but they said that if my nose is removed, there is a high chance the columella will collapse inward, and that the tip would become very blunt, so they did not recommend removal.. The consultation was good overall, and they did not recommend anything unnecessary, only the parts that needed improvement.
