First of all, the facilities were clean, and they gave me a drink, so waiting wasn’t difficult. Both the staff member who did the consultation and the director were extremely kind. They listened to the eye shape I wanted and told me what surgeries were necessary and unnecessary for achieving that shape. I feel I can trust them because it seems like they would provide good follow-up care, but afterward I had consultations at other hospitals and the opinions were so divided that I’m torn.
