First of all, the facilities were clean, and they gave me a drink, so it was not hard to wait. Both the staff member who handled the consultation and the doctor were extremely kind. They listened to the eye shape I wanted and told me what surgery would and would not be needed to achieve it. I trust them because it seems like they will take good care of aftercare, but then I consulted at another hospital later and the opinions were so divided that I am worried.
