I was looking into revision eye surgery, and since they were running an event here, I went in for a consultation. The doctor was kind, but it felt like the explanation was somewhat cursory, so my trust dropped a bit. They did check the condition of my eyes and tell me what method might be effective, but it felt too general, and I didn’t think it was advice tailored exactly to my eyes. Through the consultation, I did learn a little more about the condition of my eyes, but I didn’t get as much clear information as I had expected. The staff were kind too, but they felt a little indifferent, and the clinic facilities were clean, but not particularly impressive. I still have consultations left at a few other clinics, so I’m going to look around more before deciding. This place wasn’t bad, but I’m not really sure whether I can trust them enough to leave it to them. Overall, it was a consultation experience I wasn’t very satisfied with.
