I went to a consultation here because they were running an event while I was looking into revision eye surgery. The doctor was kind, but there was something that felt a bit sloppy in the explanation, so my trust dropped a little. They did check my eye condition and tell me which method would be effective, but it felt like very generic advice, not advice tailored exactly to my eyes. I learned a little more about my eye condition during the consultation, but I did not get information that was as clear as I had hoped. The staff were kind too, but there was a slightly indifferent feeling, and although the clinic facilities were clean, they were not especially impressive. I still have a few more consultations at other clinics left, so I plan to look around a bit more before deciding. It was not bad here, but I am not sure whether I can truly trust them with the procedure. Overall, it was a consultation experience that did not fully satisfy me.
