After double-jaw surgery, my nose turned up, so I had rhinoplasty, but it was completely botched, so I had revision surgery here using only my own costal cartilage. They said this place specializes in autologous costal cartilage. During the consultation, they said it was a saddle nose and that if the silicone was removed, it would sink in deeply, so I had the whole surgery done with autologous costal cartilage overall. Maybe because of that, it is on the hard side. Before surgery, they said it would be difficult to get exactly the result I wanted, but it did turn out similar. But while the nasal bridge looks natural, maybe because the nasal tip was raised, it feels a bit awkward too. They say if I think it’s too high, they’ll lower it when it has been 1 year, but they told me I have to pay the anesthesia fee.
