I had eye and nose surgery, and I think my nose was the highest level of difficulty. At first, during the recovery period, it was hard, and until recently I was uncomfortable because of scar tissue inside, but after 1 year, it has gotten much better. At first, many people said it was too high, so I regretted it too, but since you only live once anyway, I might as well go glamorous haha For reference, from the front, it does not look surgical at all. From the side, it is like, wow, your nose is high.
