During the surgery, the staff were chatting like crazy. Aren't they usually supposed to reassure the patient? I seriously wondered what was going on The director is kind of cynical, I guess. If something can't be done, he tells you honestly. He's not friendly I had incisional ptosis correction, but one eye came undone after 3 months, so a few weeks ago I went back and only had the loosened side re-fixed. It was done by incision, so I found it strange that it had already come undone. The line isn't bad, but I wonder if they're actually skilled
