I had silicone inserted in the nasal bridge and only used septal cartilage for the nasal tip lol I think it has completely settled now, but they say the very slight, really very slight residual swelling keeps going down until about a year? so I think I need to watch it a little longer My nose was low, and my nasal bridge and nasal tip were a bit on the wider side, but raising the bridge with silicone made the wide part look narrower, and I feel like they shaped the tip nicely too, so I’m 100% satisfied
