I had my nose surgery in around December 2014, so it has been 8 years by calendar count. I joined while looking into eye surgery in a community, and I am leaving a review because I want to level up. I visited a total of three places around the location of the old I&Co, and the surgery I wanted was bridge, tip, and alar reduction. I chose I&Co because during the consultation they explained the surgery methods to me like that. The other places said things like, you only need the bridge, and I felt like that would turn me into a pig nose, so I ruled them out. In general, I think it is best to go to a place that speaks as closely as possible to the surgery you want. The director also asked whether I wanted it to look obvious or natural, and since I felt nose surgery could easily end up looking too obvious, I asked for a natural result and am satisfied. Since I already had a bulbous nose, I mainly wanted to reduce the alar base regardless of the bridge. I am still satisfied now and have had no side effects.
