My goal was absolutely to finish things properly with the first surgery and avoid a second or third nose surgery, meaning revision surgery, so I did a lot of research online and in person. I honestly didn’t mind what material was used. Since I wanted to finish it in one go, I even considered autologous costal cartilage, and I looked for directors who handled all materials well. Then I went for a consultation at Mighty, and the reviews they showed me, the director’s confidence, and the reviews of surgeries using autologous costal cartilage were so good. The director was also someone who was good at revision surgery, so I decided to have the surgery there, and even now I think that decision was very good. The line came out naturally defined and high, and unless there are any special issues, I think I’ll be able to stay well in this condition without revision surgery
