I set my goal as definitely finishing the first surgery properly and not having to do a second or third nose surgery, so I researched a lot. The materials were not really important to me, because I was planning to finish it in one go, so I even considered autologous costal cartilage. I looked for surgeons who handled a wide range of procedures well, then went to a consultation at Mighty. The reviews they showed me, the surgeon's confidence, and the reviews of surgeries done with autologous costal cartilage were all so good, and they were also very good with revision surgery, so I decided to have the surgery there. Even now I think it was a very good decision. The shape is sleek and nicely defined, and as long as there are no special issues, I think I can do well in this state without revision surgery. lol
