The male consultation manager who did the consultation was kind and attentive. Even when I asked several questions in detail about things I didn’t know, he answered kindly, so I felt I could trust him!! However, during the consultation with the director, I did feel the consultation was a little lacking, maybe because the director was tired… It was disappointing. Still, overall, it was a good visit.
