The hospital facilities were clean, and I went straight into the consultation without waiting for my appointment time. The director was really kind, and I liked that they showed me approximately what the result could look like if I had surgery. They understood my needs accurately, so I did feel trust, but that’s something you only know after actually having surgery. If I think only about the consultation, my satisfaction is high.
