The staff and managers were kind. The manager was honest and gave a good consultation, kind of like a close older-sister type. Among the clinics where I’ve had consultations, the doctor’s consultation here was the most pleasant. The doctor put their whole body into explaining things and consulted very diligently. I’m looking around for revision surgery because of asymmetrical eyes, and before going here, everywhere else said I needed to do both sides. But here, they said trying just one side might be okay. They also honestly told me that if only one side is done, the other side could possibly lose strength, and that they would need to assess it during surgery, which I liked.
