I went for a consultation about revision eye surgery, but the staff at the counter seemed a bit bothered when I checked in. They said the wait time could be long, and I said okay and waited, but in reality it looked like I did not even wait 5 minutes before going straight into the consultation room. The manager was a bit blunt, but the consultation itself was good. I asked whether I could consult with the doctor, but they said doctor consultations are only available after booking surgery and only on the day of surgery. Since you have to book surgery to even consult with the doctor, and you cannot even see the doctor’s face or get a consultation before entrusting your eyes to them, that felt a bit off to me, so I passed.
