Buried Suture + Medial/Upper Epicanthoplasty

<Recent photo with makeup> I had my double eyelids done with a buried suture method this clinic promotes called triple buried suture, and it’s been 2 years now, but they haven’t come undone and turned out natural! But they did kind of upsell me.. They said I needed under-eye fat repositioning too.. I wasn’t planning to get any canthoplasty at all, but they said it would come undone easily if I didn’t, and that it would be better to get medial epicanthoplasty. When I asked whether that wouldn’t make the space between my eyes look closer, they said it wouldn’t really get much closer, so like an idiot I believed that, paid more, and got the canthoplasty.. My lacrimal caruncles were already somewhat visible to begin with, and since I got medial/upper epicanthoplasty, the lacrimal caruncle exposure is too severe, my eyes sting, my impression became sharper, and the space between my eyes looks closer So I’m looking into restoration now!!! One side is also worse, and it became hook-shaped In photos it might not look that severe, but when you see my actual face, the proportions are off and the inner corners of my eyes look way too opened.. And from the start, I specifically told them the eye shape I wanted and mentioned celebrities and so on, but none of that was reflected at all, and the doctor just did whatever he wanted... If it was going to be like this, why did we even have a consultation... Also, other people say they opened their eyes several times during surgery to check the shape, but even though I had local anesthesia, they never once told me to open my eyes.. That bothers me too lololol What makes me the angriest is the clinic’s response after surgery!! I cautiously told the consultant my concerns and complaints, but instead she asked what the problem was, said it turned out just fine, didn’t acknowledge anything I said, argued back, and treated me rudely like someone in a superior position dealing with someone beneath them.. It was my first surgery, so I was really hurt.. It made me wonder if plastic surgery clinics are just like this I was genuinely depressed for a while and lived with that hurt, but now quite a bit of time has passed, so I’ve calmed down..
