Since there is a consultation fee, they explain the eyes in detail. They even show the screen and explain the mechanism. It seems like they aim for a fairly natural line. I mentioned a back corner canthoplasty, and they said all options were possible, but what bothered me was that they would do it under local anesthesia. It sounded like it would hurt a lot.
