I made a same-day appointment and went for a consultation. After looking at my nose in a short amount of time, they only recommended what could actually be done. At other places, they recommended an implant, but here they said it was also possible without an implant. Since it was my first nose surgery, the cost was the same whether silicone was inserted or not, and the manager explained that it would look better with it. I'm worried so much because of the side effects..
