I made a same-day reservation and went for a consultation. They looked at my nose in a short amount of time and only recommended what could be done. Other places recommended an implant, but here they said it could also be done without an implant. For my first nose surgery, the cost was the same whether silicone was inserted or not, and the manager explained that it would look better with it. I am worried because of the side effects..
