Even after the first surgery, I couldn’t shake the feeling that it looked spread out. What I felt after that failure was that, first of all, the most important thing is finding a place that can examine my condition carefully and focus fully on me. On top of that, while checking the condition of my nose thoroughly, it felt really important whether the director’s aesthetic sense and style matched mine. The place that met those criteria was D-Day, and I had revision rhinoplasty with donated costal cartilage from the director. With costal cartilage, people usually worry about absorption and things like that, but I haven’t had any of those issues at all. It came out naturally and has maintained well, so I’m very satisfied. In particular, I know costal cartilage depends a lot on the director’s skill, and I really think the director is highly skilled. In terms of shape, it came out very similar to the design shown during the consultation, so I’m satisfied.
