I had revision nose surgery because my first surgery failed and I was unhappy with the shape. Even after the first surgery, I could not shake the feeling that it looked spread out, and what I learned from the failure was that first of all, the most important thing is a place that can carefully examine my condition and can focus entirely on me. On top of that, while checking the nose condition carefully, I also felt that it was really important whether the director's aesthetic sense and style matched mine. The place that met those criteria was Dday, and I had revision rhinoplasty there with donated rib cartilage. Usually when rib cartilage is used, people worry about absorption and things like that, but there was none of that at all. It came out naturally and has held up well, so I am very satisfied. In particular, I know rib cartilage depends a lot on the surgeon's skill, but I really think the director is very skilled, and the shape also came out very similarly to the design they showed me in consultation, so I am satisfied.
