There was no wait. The consultation with the director was very kind and thorough. Even without me saying what parts I wanted to fix, they figured it out accurately. They showed a surgical example with Photoshop, so communication felt smooth. There was a bit of a tendency to move quickly through the consultation, but they explained well, so I didn’t have any questions left. Keeping it for now.
