I’ll write a review from more than 10 years later. I don’t know how it is these days, but at the time this hospital was one of a few places known for doing reconstruction well. My condition at the time was that my nose had been touched 2-3 times at a certain hospital in Sinnonhyeon, and my nasal bridge was loose and wobbled when touched. (This story would be long, but seriously, what a doctor says is important, but their hands have to be as skilled as their words, and this was someone who didn’t have that.) Anyway, because of that, I went around looking into reconstruction at other hospitals. I liked a somewhat natural look and didn’t like making the nasal bridge and nasal tip too pointy, and the director here had that style + thought the nasal tip should have movement, and said that was the surgical method. The conclusion is that considering my nose had been operated on a lot, the nasal tip still moves somewhat (if it had been my first surgery, it probably would have moved more naturally, right?) I had the nasal tip done with ear cartilage, but after a long time, the volume decreased a bit. I think raising it a little more at first can be good. It feels slightly disappointing, but still, I’m living well without other side effects, so I think that’s fortunate.
This is a surgical review that pursued reconstruction.
