For my nose, I only had the tip revised, using both ear cartilage and donor rib cartilage! Even changing only the tip seems to make my whole impression look completely different. My philtrum reduction has also settled now, with the swelling gone and the length reduced just the way I wanted, so I’m extremely pleased. At first it looked slightly unnatural and I was anxious, but after the swelling went down and recovery finished, I’m so happy. I had the philtrum reduction through an intraoral incision at [Clinic A].
