It was seriously the worst. Even though I made an appointment on a weekday and went for a consultation, they made me sit there for two and a half hours with no explanation at all. Each consultant seemed to be in a separate room, and there were tons of patients waiting. It didn’t seem like it was taking long because they were carefully attending to each person; it felt like they had just accepted everyone indiscriminately and were doing consultations haphazardly with the mindset of catching just one person and getting them onto the operating table. How little respect do they have for visiting clients if they don’t keep appointment times to the point that reservations are meaningless? Seeing one thing tells you ten; since they take the money and consider their business done, it’s obvious without even seeing how carelessly they would perform surgery as if churning things out in a factory, how insincere the care would be after putting a knife to you, and how indifferent they would be if any problem happened. The quality of the consultation was also truly the worst lol. “Your nasal tip is raised, but you don’t have a nasal bridge~” I feel like even if I asked my grandfather, I could hear something at that level.
