Ever since I first started looking into primary surgery, I’d heard a lot that a bulbous nose is hard to improve in one go, and I guess it really is true.. Considering the time and money I invested, my bulbous nose was still there, and a deviation that I didn’t have before appeared, so every time I looked in the mirror, I always felt about 2% unsatisfied. Since plastic surgery is about self-satisfaction, I went around consulting mainly at places said to be good at revision rhinoplasty. Maybe because Director Kang was good at checking the needs I wanted, I felt like communication went well. As for implants, which I considered most important, I had my primary surgery without an implant, but for the revision I used silicone and septal cartilage. The deviation and bulbous nose that bothered me the most were clearly corrected this time, and I’m very satisfied with my nose now
