The director, the consultation manager, and everyone else were kind, and even when I interrupted with questions, they answered kindly, so while I was getting the consultation I decided I should have surgery here. I left a deposit, but because the reviews were not great, I got a little ... So I canceled the payment and think I need to think about it a bit more T_T The facilities and kindness were excellent!! Still, I think it was really helpful during the consultation.
